Important: Video Requirement

To be eligible for a return, you must submit a clear, unedited video of the unboxing process. Returns will not be accepted without the required unboxing video.

Open Box Video Requirement

To be eligible for a return, you must submit a clear, unedited video of the unboxing process. This video should capture the entire process from opening the package to revealing the product inside. The video must clearly show the condition of the packaging, the product, and any damage that may be present.

Damaged or Wrong Products

Returns are only accepted if the product is found to be damaged upon delivery or if the wrong product was received. The damage or incorrect item must be visible in the unboxing video submitted. Cosmetic issues or minor defects that do not affect the functionality of the product may not qualify for a return.

Submit a Request

Contact our customer service team at premium@swankstores.com within 2 days of delivery to report any damage or incorrect items. Include your order number and the unboxing video as attachments.

Review and Approval

Our team will review your submission. If the video clearly shows that the product was damaged during delivery or that an incorrect item was sent, we will approve your return request and provide further instructions.

Return Shipping

Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged or incorrect product to us. Ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

Replacement or Refund

Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and, if approved, will issue a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Important Notes

No Unboxing Video, No Return: Returns will not be accepted without the required unboxing video.

Timing: All return requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
