Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.
- Returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
- All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Important: Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
- 1After receiving your return, we will inspect the condition of your item.
- 2Please allow at least three (3) days from receipt of your item to process your refund.
- 3We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exchanges
- Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
- Customer is responsible for delivery charges for the exchanged item.
Exceptions - Defective or Damaged Products
For defective or damaged products, please provide us with a full shipment opening video to arrange a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original packaging and condition without use.
