Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

  • Returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Important: Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds
  • 1After receiving your return, we will inspect the condition of your item.
  • 2Please allow at least three (3) days from receipt of your item to process your refund.
  • 3We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exchanges
  • Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
  • Customer is responsible for delivery charges for the exchanged item.
Exceptions - Defective or Damaged Products

For defective or damaged products, please provide us with a full shipment opening video to arrange a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original packaging and condition without use.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
